Key Responsibilities:
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Oversee logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of materials and finished goods.
• Lead purchasing functions, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Monitor and optimize material flow to support lean manufacturing and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems and supply chain tools for data accuracy and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive materials management or logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, procurement, and production planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in lean manufacturing and just-in-time (JIT) systems
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IATF 16949)
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations
• Certification in APICS, CPIM, or CSCP
• Multilingual capabilities for global supplier communication
