An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
  • Monitor and ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
  • Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Lead and support mechanical technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
  • Inspect mechanical systems, equipment, and facilities regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate inventory requirements.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve machine performance.
  • Train and guide junior technicians and maintenance staff.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and preventive maintenance.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documents.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours if required.
