A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provides care and support to patients (Maternity check-ups, Assist in delivery, Postpartum care, Neonatal care, Breastfeeding care, Maternity class, home visit postpartum care, etc.).
  • Provides information, emotional support, and reassurance to women and their families.
  • Takes patient samples, pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by Director/Manager.

职位要求

  • Already have independent skills in assisting delivery
  • Graduated from university or training school and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Language ability: fluent Khmer or Japanese is mandatory, good command of English
  • Willing to learn new things, improve knowledge, and want to learn independent care as a midwife (midwifery diagnosis and care with assessment skills for natural childbirth and postpartum care)
  • Ability to build good interpersonal relationships, and work well in a team
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize job tasks
  • Experienced midwives with the below who are eager to work
  • Working hours: 198 hours/month
  • Days off: Rotational schedule with 2 days off per week.
  • Day Shift: 8:00– 18:00 (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Night Shift: 17:00 – 9:00
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Up to your achievement and contribution
  • Pay change: Evaluated and updated twice a year (January and July)
