An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for delivering documents to external parties.
  • Play a critical role in ensuring efficient and timely document handling
  • Maintain a delivery log or report of daily activities.
  • Operate company vehicles (if applicable) in a safe and lawful manner.
  • Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduled deliveries or errands.
  • Assist with general office tasks when not engaged in deliveries (e.g., photocopying, filing).
  • Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, making bank deposits, or submitting official documents.

  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in a messenger, courier, or office assistant role is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the local area, routes, and traffic conditions.
  • Basic communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Trustworthy and reliable, especially when handling confidential or valuable items.
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Physically fit – able to walk, lift, and carry packages as needed.
