1. Sales Execution

• Perform daily sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets
• Promote and sell company products/services to customers effectively
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly

2. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner

3. Sales Support & Operations

• Prepare sales documents such as quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders

4. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Update customer and sales data accurately in the system
• Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities

5. Compliance & Brand Representation

• Follow company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and procedures
• Maintain store/showroom cleanliness and proper product display
• Represent Chip Mong Retail professionally and uphold company image.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
  
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or retail operations
• Experience in retail, FMCG, mall, or showroom sales is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong sales interest may be considered
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience using POS or sales systems is a plus
• Energetic, honest, and responsible
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude and learning mindset.
