A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Perform mystery shopping (on-site investigation in order to spot-check on non-compliance and improve service quality)
  • Working closely with other areas of the business on all fraud-related areas
  • Independently handle and investigate involve in suspicious transactions and fraud activities
  • Handle and investigate internal staff who dealing in fraud activities and policy breach
  • Following all policies and procedures
  • Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field
  • At least one year of experience in dispute, customer experience, and Legal
  • The related industry, the understanding of company values and culture
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written English, organization, and time management skills
  • Having high level of confidentiality, integrity, and business ethics
  • Good computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
