Job Summary
SPRING EDUCATION CENTER is seeking a dedicated educator to support one-to-one learning for children in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and committed to helping each student build confidence, skills, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
● Deliver personalized one-to-one lessons tailored to each student’s needs and learning pace.
● Prepare engaging lesson plans, activities, and materials aligned with learning goals.
● Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to improve results.
● Create a supportive, positive classroom environment that encourages participation.
● Communicate regularly with parents and team members about progress and concerns.
● Maintain accurate records of lessons, assessments, and student achievements.

职位要求

● Proficient in Chinese

● Fluent in English

● Capable of teaching English to Chinese students
● Able to commute to student's location

● Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
● Experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational consulting
● Ability to design individualized learning plans and adapt teaching approaches.
● Professional, responsible, and passionate about student development.
