A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.).

  • Optimize product listings including descriptions, pricing, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

  • Monitor online sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and manage account health.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate restocking with the warehouse team.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in online retail or e-commerce sales management.

  • Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms and online sales tools.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards.

  • Cambodian candidate only.
