Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with a focus on production and quality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

Required Skills:
• Production planning and workflow optimization
• Quality assurance and control methodologies
• Root cause analysis and corrective action (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
• ERP and MES systems proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with electric vehicle (EV) production or advanced automotive technologies
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or Quality Management
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and statistical process control (SPC)
• Multilingual capabilities for global operations
