Job Summary
Join a global logistics team in Phnom Penh as an Operations, Air Export professional. You will manage daily freight forwarding activities, coordinate shipments and documentation, support customs clearance, and ensure smooth customer service across local and overseas offices.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle daily operations tasks efficiently and in line with company procedures.
● Prepare and send shipping advice, pre-alerts, and related updates to overseas stations and customers.
● Check shipping documents, open/close files, archive records, and update systems accurately.
● Coordinate with subcontractors, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
● Monitor customs clearance and follow up on cargo delivery, irregularities, and service issues.
● Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, incidents, and claims professionally.
● Verify and post incoming invoices, support file closing, and maintain accurate shipment records.
● Provide market information for quotations and assist with customer statistics and reports.
● Report operational issues to the manager and suggest improvements to processes.
● Undertake other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
● 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field is preferred.
● Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
● Good written and spoken English communication skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
● Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
● Able to work accurately, handle multiple tasks, and support team operations.
