A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Overseeing the daily operations of all properties, such as maintenance, sales, leasing, and customer service.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and leasing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income and sale revenue.
  • Preparing, managing annual budgets, closely monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure profitability (P&L).
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties meet health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of property upkeep and curb appeal.
  • Leading, training, and managing on-site sales team and staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Liaising with external parties such as contractors, investors, local government officials.
  • Preparing detailed reports on market analysis, competitor analysis, property performance, market trends, and other analytics for senior management.
  • Negotiating lease contracts and renewals, while balancing tenant retention and maximizing rental rates.
  • Implementing cost-reduction initiatives that improve the profitability and efficiency of property operations.
  • Addressing legal and risk management aspects of property management, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Utilizing property management software, technology to streamline operations and provide real-time data analysis.
  • Other tasks assigned by top management.

职位要求

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree specializing in property related or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience in property management (sales and leasing) or a related field, typically 3-5 years, 2-3 years’ experience in Cambodia.
  • Strong knowledge of the property market, and current legislation affecting property development management, be able to speak Mandarin and English.
