The Prepaid Administrator is to administer, maintain, and optimize telecom systems (CBS, EVC, UVC, Provisioning, SOAIF, Mediation) to ensure accurate billing, seamless service provisioning, and high system availability. The role ensures the services operate efficiently while resolving technical issues, automating processes, and supporting business objectives.

System Management & Configuration:

• Administer Convergent Billing System (CBS), Electronic Voucher Center (EVC), and Unified Voucher Center (UVC) for prepaid recharges, balance updates, and promotions.
• Configure and troubleshoot provisioning systems for activations, service modifications, and deactivations.
• Ensure smooth integration between SOAIF, Mediation, and other OSS/BSS platforms.

Operational Support & Troubleshooting:

• Investigate and resolve prepaid service issues (e.g., failed recharges, balance discrepancies, provisioning delays).
• Monitor system performance, logs, and alarms to preempt outages.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for root-cause analysis and fixes.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement automation for prepaid workflows (e.g., voucher distribution, promotions, notifications).
• Test and deploy system upgrades, patches, and new features.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure prepaid systems adhere to regulatory and business policies.
• Generate prepaid usage, revenue, and fraud analysis reports for stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CBS, EVC, UVC, provisioning, SOAIF, and mediation in telecom.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Shell/Python), Kubernetes, Linux and system monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
