+ Strategic Planning
• Lead the development of the company's overall 3–5 year strategic plan and annual action plans.
• Conduct research on trends in Fintech, Digital Wallets, Payments, and Financial Services in local and regional markets.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitors, and customer behavior to recommend effective competitive strategies.
• Propose strategies to expand the eMoney ecosystem, including digital payments, financial services, value-added services, and strategic partnerships.
+Executive Advisory
• Provide strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and Board of Directors regarding:
• Corporate strategic direction
• Business models
• Investment projects and strategic partnerships
• Prepare strategic reports and presentation materials for senior management and key meetings.
+ Strategy Execution & Monitoring
• Collaborate with departments to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recommend timely strategic adjustments in response to market, regulatory, or business changes.
+ Strategic Project Management
• Lead or participate in company-wide strategic projects such as core wallet upgrades, market expansion, and new product launches.
• Ensure strategic projects meet objectives in terms of timeline, budget, and effectiveness.
+ Department Management
• Establish the structure, functions, and responsibilities of the Strategy Department.
• Manage, coach, and develop strategy team members.
• Develop work processes, reporting standards, and performance evaluation systems.

+ Authority
• Request data and reports from departments to support strategic planning activities.
• Participate in management and strategic meetings.
• Propose strategic initiatives, new projects, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company in discussions with partners and consulting firms when authorized.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic management or middle/senior management positions within Fintech, Banking, Digital Wallet, or Technology sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing corporate strategies or large-scale projects.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of Fintech, Digital Wallet, and Digital Payment business models.
• Excellent planning, project management, and change management skills.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and perform effectively under pressure.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
