- Conduct market research on Fintech, e-wallets, digital payments, customer needs, and emerging market trends.
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, fees, policies, promotions, and market positioning.
- Propose strategies for developing new products and improving existing eMoney products and services.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), business requirements, product flows, and related product policies.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Digital Platform Operations, Business, Marketing, Finance, and Risk & Compliance teams to implement new products and services.
- Develop and propose policies related to fees, transaction limits, cashback, promotions, commissions, and incentive programs.
- Monitor product implementation progress, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support product readiness before official launch.
- Monitor and analyze post-launch performance, including user growth, transaction volume, revenue, usage rate, costs, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze business and product data to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare proposals, business cases, analytical reports, and presentation materials for Management/BOD approval.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual product development plans and Product Roadmaps.
- Work with partners to research and implement new services such as Top-up, Data Packages, Bill Payment, Payroll, Insurance, E-SIM, QR Payment, and other digital financial services.
- Coordinate with Risk & Compliance to ensure that products, policies, and business programs comply with NBC regulations and applicable Cambodian laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department and Management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in Fintech, e-wallets, banking, payment services, or digital products is preferred.
- Good knowledge of market research, data analysis, and product policy development.
- Good planning, proposal writing, reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Logical and analytical thinking, initiative, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency: TOEIC score of 650 or above, IELTS score of 5.0 or above, or equivalent.
