● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and work effectively under deadlines.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve marketing results.
● Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in banking, insurance, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.
