• Operate production machinery to ensure production aligns with plans and meets controlled quality standards.
• Develop and improve work efficiency methods, workplace safety, and machine maintenance for the brewing unit, raw materials, and brewing department.
• Prepare and summarize shift operations, ensuring subordinates follow wort boiling processes and execute approved projects or plans within set goals, budget, and international standards.
• Monitor and analyze wort quality through chemical and microbiological tests to prevent and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with product standards.
• Record, summarize, and report operational plans to supervisors efficiently.
• Collaborate with the fermentation and filtration department, by-product production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to enhance brewing processes and maintain smooth operations across all production stages to achieve company goals and policies.
• Adhere to the company's quality management systems and established protocols.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of quality systems such as GHP and HACCP
• Familiar with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and HALAL standards
• Basic English communication skills – listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Basic knowledge of chemicals and safety practices
