• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of data entry across various internal systems (e.g., invoices, customer records, expense reports).
• Check official documents against established policies, approval matrices, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Identify and coordinate the prompt correction of discrepancies and errors in documentation with the originating team.
• Assist in organizing and preparing financial records for internal and external audits.
