The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery including project
planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The role ensures
that all projects align with the company’s strategic goals, and are executed within defined timelines
and budgets. The Project Manager will also develop and implement project management best
practices across the company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or failures.
• Maintain clear, transparent, and proactive communication with stakeholders including the CEO, board members, and external partners.
• Monitor project performance through regular status updates, key performance indicators (KPIs), and post-project evaluations.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure projects are aligned with organizational strategy.

Education

• Bachelor degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP
• certification preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in travel, tourism, or a
• related industry.
