  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the electrical power sector.
  • Lead tender preparation, submission, and negotiation processes.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and propose solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with tender documents.
  • Support project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery

职位要求

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, tendering, and project management within the electrical power industry.
  • Strong track record of working with government tenders and private sector projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical power equipment, transmission, and distribution systems.
  • Fluency in English; Khmer language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
