Property Consultants are Realestate.com.kh’s in-house agents and build deep relationships with property seekers and co-broke with our agency, Borey and developer network.
Property Consultants ensure that leads generated by Realestate.com.kh or any sources are serviced and follow a “sell by a system approach” to closing property deals. Following a strict inhouse process by use of the CRM.
Qualify & consult with new prospects (leads)
Advise property seekers on the Cambodian real estate industry
Match property seekers with properties and projects that best suit their needs
Introduce property seekers to agents and monitor deals until they are closed
Obtain information in relation to deals closed and pass closed deals over to the accounting department
Ensure you live by the motto of “speed on leads”, all new leads must be qualified within 10 minutes of making an enquiry and must be followed up and moved forward in the buying process as fast as possible
Channel managers create and nurture affiliates (sales partners), typically local and international agencies. The objective is to maximize sales through these channels by distributing relevant information about properties, training and ultimately assisting their clients in facilitating sales.
The purpose of this role is to generate revenue/commission through consulting property seekers and sales channels, introducing the right properties, liaising with property developers, real estate agency, and property owners to source the relevant properties to match property seekers’ requirements
Source and create affiliates in the Eastern European market
Ensure sales material is readily available for the affiliates to facilitate sales
Prepare and ensure relevant sales material is available for the Eastern European market, including the realestate.com.kh website
Continually engage and support affiliates with training and dealing with their requirements
Assist partners in closing deals with their clients
Assist in post-sales support
Build relationships
Build ongoing relationships with property seekers right from the first call through to deal closing and post the deal closing
Ensure that when property seekers want to rent or buy again, they come back to you for their next property
Be a role model in the sales team in terms of hitting sales targets
Develop strong relationships with external agents and developers

职位要求
English and Russian fluency
A passion for sales and marketing
Ideally, 2 years experience in Cambodia
A knowledge of Cambodia and other regions
Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
