A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Oversee day-to-day PTU Business processing, ensuring efficiency and smooth.
Define and implement the PTU business roadmap, aligning with digital transformation goals and revenue targets. Lead initiatives such as cashback campaigns, SME integrations, and new channel development
Collaborate with IT and product teams to enhance PTU service reliability, including PIN/PINLESS flows, error reduction, and API performance
Manage relationships with Exiting with business initiative and campaign.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to PTU services.
Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance user experience.
Work with CX team to solve dispute for partner.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with MNOs and digital partners. Oversee commission structures, revenue sharing models, and partner onboarding processes
Identify opportunities to increase PTU Revenue & transaction volumes and increase User top up on Wing App.
Work closely with the business team, digital innovation & technology as well as other relevant stakeholders to ensure the release of digital product/enhancement.
Participating in product and business process design for digital banking.
Track daily, monthly, and YTD PTU performance metrics. Analyse trends in transaction volume, revenue, and user engagement to inform decision-making
Design and execute re-engagement campaigns targeting inactive users, with clear KPIs and budget accountability
Regulatory standards. Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning for new initiatives.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field
Minimum 3–5years of experience in digital payments, fintech, or banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Familiarity with digital product relationship management, digital project, or development methodologies.
Experience with digital campaign design, user segmentation, and incentive modelling.
Familiarity with Cambodia’s MNO ecosystem and PTU market dynamics.
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI) and digital product platforms (e.g., API monitoring, CRM)
