An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works category assigned.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies & procedures.
Monitor and co-ordinate the deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are shipping to the port.
Negotiation for best purchasing packages inclusive of terms of quality, price, term, shipping and service…, with suppliers
Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
Do the inventory levels of materials or products.
Source suppliers for any new product
Control monthly price list from suppliers
Ready to perform any duties assigned by management

职位要求

Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification
3 years in the relevant or similar industry and business acumen
Experience in oversea purchase is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
Good in spoken and written English
Collaboration work with teams of all levels
Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
Able to handle multiple demands, well organize, details oriented and meets deadlines.
Able to work independently and able to work fast pace and efficiently.
Dynamic, hands-on and committed to work long hours to deliver results
