- Procurement: Analyze inventory needs, prepare purchase orders, and collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements.
- Cost Management: Monitor budgets, seek cost-saving opportunities, and manage supplier performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases and ensure compliance with food industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with production and quality control teams to meet safety and quality standards.

- Non- Experience is encouraged to apply.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Must know how to communicate in Chinese.
- Can work from Monday - Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
