Quality Assurance

• Lead cross functional team to implement central SOPs in Cambodia.
• Coordinate and execute Post Market Surveillance activities including complaint handling and adverse event reporting per local government regulation and internal guidance.
• Implement QA programs and product quality plans, and ensure that company quality plans and objectives are met, results are achieved, and infrastructure and systems are in place. 
• Lead in developing or updating Quality system procedures and Participate in internal or external audit
• Lead in handling of product complaints, quality hold and Filed Safety Corrective Action.
• Timely report of quality / safety test, problem and action to business
• To arrange an audit schedule and reporting  of supplier  for risk assessment and coordinate and execute Corrective Plan per local government regulations and internal guidance
• Investigate and follow up on relevant customer complaints or problems and recall product

 Regulatory Affairs

• Compile and submit registration dossier for new / import products such as Foods, Cosmetics ,Agricultural products and variations to related government agencies and obtain regulatory approvals in timely manner
•  Manage product licenses files, ensure product licenses are renewed on time to minimize business impact.
•   Build professional relationship with local regulatory authorities
•   Provide guidance and solutions to other departments on QA/RA related issues
•   Act as the local contact person to corporate to facilitate understanding of Cambodia Regulatory requirement to ensure compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, or related field.

• 8+ years QA experience, including 3 year in management.

• Experience in retail, supermarket, or FMCG.

• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and SOP development.

• Strong skills in store audits, product quality checks, and supplier quality control.

• Good communication in Khmer & English.

• Able to travel to store locations when needed.
