• Control manpower in own process/line in-charge
• Direction leading and motivating subordinates to be enthusiastically worked and able achieved their goals
• Cooperate to other section to improve the quality for process/line in-charge and in SCWS
• Reduce the in process defect(IPD) in own process/line in-charge
• Preparing and control 3S-3D following SCWS standard regulation in section
• Control the attendance of working inspector to support inspection for own process/line in-charge
• Make effort to minimize the number of resign inspector to prevent shortage of manpower
• Control and manage the process/line for good safety work condition
• To empower people to work as a team, cooperates and motivation
• Control the major gab of delay and trouble, with priority discussion for solving it
• Allocate the work to senior and leader and check follow up
• Prompt respond to Manager’s request within his/her job categories to discussion
• Make Kaizen plan and improvement point for process/line that in-charge
• Support to specific mission or task for company activities
• Cooperation for company general activities including overtime work for own and other staff in same section and department.
