A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Inspect and verify finished goods upon arrival to ensure compliance with company specifications and government registration standards.
  • Check packaging, labeling, and product condition before releasing into warehouse.
  • Conduct cycle counts and stock quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Approve or reject incoming shipments based on inspection results.
  • Monitor warehouse conditions (storage, stacking, pest control, EHS compliance) to maintain product quality.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation for audits and traceability.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on non-conformities, stock discrepancies, and corrective actions.
  • Support internal and external audits by regulatory authorities.
  • Train warehouse/QC staff on product handling, inspection, and quality standards.
  • Report directly to Managing Director with updates on quality issues, inspection results, and inventory control findings.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3–5 years’ QA/QC or warehouse quality experience in pesticides, agrochemicals, or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of inspection standards, product labeling, and pesticide regulations.
  • Experience in inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Supervisory and reporting skills.
  • Good in English.
