• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (combined or separate).
• Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, and advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
