Job Summary
Sales Manager at TL AIR EXPRESS Co Ltd will lead growth in logistics and transport services, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales planning, market expansion, and team coordination in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to grow logistics and transport business.
● Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline.
● Maintain relationships with key customers and ensure high service satisfaction.
● Negotiate rates, proposals, and contracts with clients and partners.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
● Coordinate with operations teams to deliver smooth and timely service.
● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
● Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics/transport.
● Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to develop sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Khmer.
● Good understanding of freight, transport, and customer service processes.
● Able to analyze market data and make sound business decisions.
● Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
● Based in or willing to work in Phnom Penh, Saensokh.
● Managerial experience is an advantage.
