Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
Prepare and update sales documents such as quotations, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting, Inventory, Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor stock availability and follow up with the warehouse on product needs.
Handle incoming inquiries from customers and provide necessary support.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Assist in organizing sales events, meetings, and appointments.
Ensure proper filing and documentation for all sales-related activities.

职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales support, admin, or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
