Welcoming visitors and responding their inquiries in a helpful and welcoming manner
Provide insightful information about CAM-ASEAN’s courses and programs
Ensure the registration for the students is accurate
Ensure accurate payment for the courses and books
Update student data in the system
Upload student’s photo in the system
Ensure a smooth process of student placement test and interview
Ensure silence and a good environment is maintained during the taking of placement test
Handle complaints and able to provide deliver solutions to students/ clients
In charge of student request such as leave form, shift change and other
Call students regarding to their attendance, payments, school event or news and other issues
Ensuring that the reception area is kept smart and tidy and that noticeboards are kept up-to-date;
Perform other tasks as assigned
