Job Description (JD)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.

职位要求

  • High school diploma, college diploma, or bachelor's degree.
  • No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet applications).
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to speak English and Chinese is an advantage and will be given priority.
  • Strong customer service mindset with good problem-solving skills.
