A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Drive long-term rental sales (12+ months) by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored vehicle rental solutions.
  • Plan weekly visits (3 existing & 2 new customers) and conduct at least 2 presentations per week.
  • Ensure smooth booking processes and follow up on service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking and generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Collaborate with the Admin, Fleet, and Leasing teams to ensure top-quality service.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer accounts receivable (AR) and assist with collections when needed.
  • Provide market updates and insights to improve response to trends and opportunities.
  • Attend internal sales and marketing meetings and coordinate closely with the Sales Manager.
  • Build strong internal relationships, especially with Interco division sales teams (at least 2 coffee meetings per week).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
  • Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to provinces and attend frequent networking events.
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
