A Big Opportunity for ...

• Design and Execute sale planning to growth the sales on the markets
• Find and approach customer both direct and indirect sales.
• Bring and accompany customer to visit the project.
• Ensure the customer are well known about the company product.
•  Build good relation with both new and existing customer.
• Daily cold call to customer.
• Response on replying customer’s questions in company’s pages.
• Produce the video to promote sales on the marketing.
• Support to close deal of company project One Staff One Sales.
• Support to close deal of agency for any sales referral.
• Generate enquires from clients with regular follow up.
• Maintain record of daily enquiry & prospective clients.
• Showcase company profile to client through presentation & meeting.
• Prepare the daily and monthly sale report for management.
• Support on project photos update on every weekend.
• Another task will be assigned by direct superior or manager.

职位要求

•At least 1 or 2 years in real estate field
•Experience in Sales (Condominium, House, Villa, and Land Plot)
•Be able to speak and written in English Language
•MS Office & Email
•Social Media
