The Sales Consultant – Showroom is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience while driving retail sales of Vespa products. This role represents the Vespa brand on the showroom floor, engaging customers, understanding their lifestyle needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service excellence.

This role exists to bring Vespa’s premium lifestyle brand to life through exceptional customer engagement and personalized sales experiences. The Sales Consultant is expected to act as a brand ambassador—building trust, delivering expert product knowledge, and ensuring every interaction reflects Vespa’s heritage and quality. By consistently achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting showroom operations, this role directly contributes to revenue growth and customer loyalty. It is also a key foundation role for developing future sales leaders within the organization.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or showroom environments.
• Experience in automotive, 2-wheelers, or premium/lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is a strong advantage.
