To develop new customers, expand the market, and drive sales growth for eMoney’s digital financial products and services such as electronic payments, money transfer, e-wallet, POS, QR Payment, payment gateway, collection and disbursement solutions.

Business Development
•  Identify and approach potential customers including businesses, retail shops, agents, and individual partners. 
•  Introduce products and provide suitable payment solutions based on customer needs. 
•  Negotiate and close partnership/business agreements. 
Customer Relationship Management
•  Support customers during service implementation and onboarding process. 
•  Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. 
•  Handle initial customer issues and coordinate with related departments for resolution. 
Sales Performance Management
•  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
•  Monitor customer revenue and transaction volumes. 
•  Propose sales promotion programs to increase business performance. 
Market Research
•  Keep updated on fintech trends, digital payment industry, and competitor activities. 
•  Collect customer feedback to improve products and services. 

Reporting
•  Prepare regular sales performance reports for management. 
•  Update customer data in CRM or internal systems. 

•  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. 
•  Experience in sales is preferred, especially in banking, finance, fintech, FMCG, or telecommunications industries. 
•  Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. 
•  Self-motivated and able to work under sales pressure. 
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 
•  English or Khmer language skills are an advantage (for Cambodia market).
