Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets (volume & value).
  • Execute daily sales visits according to assigned route plan.
  • Increase product distribution and market penetration in wet markets.
  • Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing in the market.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wet market vendors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Order Management & Collection

  • Follow up on product delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
  • Ensure proper documentation of orders, invoices, and receipts.

  • Good at marketing research
  • Patience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Commercial awareness
