Job Summary
负责KYN Logistic Co., Ltd在金边地区的销售拓展与客户管理工作，推动物流运输业务增长。该职位适合具备中文沟通能力、销售经验及团队管理能力的人才，能够独立开发客户并达成业绩目标。

Key Responsibilities
● 开发并维护物流、运输及相关行业客户，建立稳定合作关系。
● 制定销售计划并执行业务拓展策略，完成月度与年度业绩目标。
● 了解客户需求，提供合适的物流解决方案并跟进项目落地。
● 协调内部运营、客服与运输团队，确保服务质量与交付效率。
● 跟踪市场动态与竞争对手情况，及时调整销售策略。
● 维护重点客户关系，提升客户满意度与长期合作机会。

职位要求

● 大专及以上学历，市场营销、物流管理、商务相关专业优先。
● 具备销售或业务拓展经验，有物流/运输行业经验者优先。
● 能使用中文流利沟通，具备英语或高棉语能力者更佳。
● 具备较强的客户开发、谈判能力和结果导向意识。
● 具有良好的团队协作能力、执行力及抗压能力。
● 能熟练使用办公软件，并能独立整理销售报告与跟进记录。
