  • Present full sales performance report to the GM.

  • Review and update monthly sales targets with the GM.

  • Assess sales consultant performance and identify top and low performers.

  • Approve or recommend incentives, bonuses, and disciplinary actions.

  • Evaluate marketing ROI and suggest improvements.

  • Review customer satisfaction and sales process quality.

  • Plan monthly showroom events and promotions.

  • Review stock aging and model movement; recommend ordering changes.

  • Benchmark competitors and advise on pricing or promotions.

  • Plan next month’s sales activities, campaigns, and training.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 3-5 years automotive sales experience, including managerial or supervisory roles.

  • Proven record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales KPIs, market trends, and stock performance.

  • Proficient with sales reporting tools, and MS Office.

  • Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and dealership operations.

  • Results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends/extended hours when needed.
