A Fantastic Opportunity for ...
Present full sales performance report to the GM.
Review and update monthly sales targets with the GM.
Assess sales consultant performance and identify top and low performers.
Approve or recommend incentives, bonuses, and disciplinary actions.
Evaluate marketing ROI and suggest improvements.
Review customer satisfaction and sales process quality.
Plan monthly showroom events and promotions.
Review stock aging and model movement; recommend ordering changes.
Benchmark competitors and advise on pricing or promotions.
Plan next month’s sales activities, campaigns, and training.

职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3-5 years automotive sales experience, including managerial or supervisory roles.
Proven record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze sales KPIs, market trends, and stock performance.
Proficient with sales reporting tools, and MS Office.
Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and dealership operations.
Results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends/extended hours when needed.
