  • Lead, supervise, and motivate sales and service staff.
  • Conduct training and coaching for team development.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide regular evaluations.
  • Manage work schedules and manpower planning.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory availability related to customer orders.
  • Improve workflow efficiency and service processes.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare sales and service performance reports.
  • Maintain customer databases and service records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
