Lead and manage sales operations, ensuring strong processes and team performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Work closely with the Marketing and Service Departments to align on campaigns and business growth initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform business decisions.
Support, coach, and train sales staff to ensure performance and development.
Oversee showroom activities, ensuring professional vehicle display and customer service.
Ensure pre-delivery inspections and timely vehicle delivery.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Represent the company at events, training, and oversea meetings when assigned.

职位要求

Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Good knowledge of the local automotive market and customer behavior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and customer service mindset.
