Customer Service

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to ensure customers have a positive experience.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers.

  • Inform customers about new stock, promotions, and product features.

  • Handle customer complaints by escalating issues to management when necessary. 

Sales & Performance

  • Utilize in-store devices to support sales activities.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. 

Store Operations

  • Maintain clean and organized stock areas and staff facilities.

  • Assist in receiving deliveries, replenishing stock levels, and ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed.

  • Keep all displays up to date and ensure the shop floor is tidy and presentable.
