• Review and support creation of sales content for Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Monitor online inquiries and customer engagement activities.

5. Site Visit & Operational Support
• Supervise customer site visits and ensure professional customer experience.
• Support transportation arrangement and customer coordination when required.
• Ensure sales galleries, show units, and project sites are properly maintained and ready for presentation.
• Work on rotation across project locations, sales galleries, and company events based on operational needs.

6. Reporting & Administration
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Monitor customer booking status, payment follow-up, and documentation process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
• Submit sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
