  • Good connection calls to prospective leads schedule and follows up calls with leads and current customers                                                  
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately as needed                                                     
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis for customers and advise on appropriate purchase options           
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management                                                      
  • Inform to customers of current promotions and discounts                                               
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value                                                
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team                       
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, etc. thoroughly for manager review
  • Prepare Daily report and monthly report
  • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback

  • Two (3) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Focused on customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
