Sales Execution & Target Delivery

  • Implement the sales plan and ensure consistent performance aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure sales representatives follow the full sales cycle — from lead generation and test drives to deal closing and after-sales follow-up.
  • Personally support key deals when needed and step in to assist in negotiations or escalations.

Team Supervision & Coaching

  • Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of sales consultants, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and performance.
  • Deliver regular on-the-ground coaching, role plays, and customer interaction simulations to boost performance.
  • Organize daily stand-ups, weekly alignment meetings, and progress reviews with the team.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Support the team in building trust-based relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up, test drive scheduling, and post-sale communication are executed with consistency and care.

Lead Management & CRM Discipline

  • Oversee proper usage of CRM: assigning leads, tracking progress, verifying data input, and ensuring follow-up protocols are met.
  • Identify “lost” or cold leads and develop reactivation strategies.

Reporting & Feedback Loop

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales performance summaries, highlighting team performance, customer feedback, and missed opportunities.
  • Provide field feedback to senior management regarding pricing, customer objections, product positioning, and competitor activities.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the sales floor and senior sales/marketing management.
  • Coordinate with marketing to support local activations, lead campaigns, and showroom events.

职位要求

  • 2-4 years of experience in retail or automotive sales; experience in supervising or coaching sales teams is a must.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales process, preferably in the EV or tech-driven automotive segment.
  • Confident communicator, motivator, and team player with the ability to “lead from the front.”
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to process, CRM usage, and KPI tracking.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and field reporting formats.
  • Energetic, customer-centric, and highly hands-on.
