A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage, maintain, and administer End of Day (EOD), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) processes on the core banking system.
  • Ensure EOD, EOM, and EOY processes are executed smoothly, and systems are ready for the next business day.
  • Monitor and assign issues via the Helpdesk system, coordinating with respective teams and providing on-site support to users if needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting all EOD-related issues, escalating when necessary.▪
  • Understand and execute EOD, EOM, and EOY checklists, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot core banking application prerequisites.
  • Resolve EOD, EOM, and EOY issues and notify the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain and track all core banking system (CBS) issues, following up with the respective support team.
  • Extract data for the Business (Biz) Team as requested.
  • Learn, support, and coordinate with users during issue simulations.
  • Update and report issue statuses to the supervisor.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in core banking systems and system operation troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of Java programming, RES Service, SOAP Service, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Oracle database, Oracle BI report, SSRS, and other reporting tools.
  • Understand and be able to troubleshoot report system issues, maintain, and develop new reports.
  • Take responsibility and demonstrate a high level of commitment to assigned tasks.
