A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Communicate, verify bookings
  • Place booking to nominated carrier/airline
  • Release booking to shipper
  • Submit SI and VGM to carrier
  • Issue draft HBL and checking draft MBL
  • Update customer systems / Comply account SOP
  • Send pre-alert If require
  • Issue HBL/HAWB to shipper after cargo check in our warehouse and issue PR,PL
  • sheet for invoice issuing
  • Filing / Send info to team for AMS/ISF/ENF.
  • Coordinate with supplier for doing consolidation
  • giving new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team
  • Account rotation and support / resolve any issue incur with team
  • Communicate and support to customer/suppliers
  • Communication with OPS team and FIN team for clearance document and invoice
  • issuing

  • Accept all assignment that assign from management

职位要求

  • Able to use English for business communication
  • Good computer skill (Ms. Office, internet, and Typing)
  • Min 2-3 years experiences in Operation/Customer Service Specialist
  • Hard-working, punctual and result-oriented person.
