  • Liaise with stakeholders to collect, refine, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business processes into user stories, process flows, and BRDs for development teams.
  • Work with product owners to prioritize and prepare sprints ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Overseeing the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements to ensure they are complete, clear, and aligned with business needs.
  • Develop business requirement document and Functional specification.
  • Design system workflow and use case design to make sure the functional spec is aligned with the business requirement.
  • Defining project scope and ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions to optimize business operations.
  • Ensuring that all business analysis deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to best practices.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred), Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership
  • Exposure to mobile app and web-based product development
  • Hands-on experience working with developers, QA, and stakeholders in agile teams
  • Experience preparing business requirement documents (BRDs) and wireframes.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements
  • Familiarity with digital banking, financial flows, or fintech product workflows
  • Competent in process modeling using tools like BPMN or UML
