Job Summary
PHUMSAKURA LAND CITY DEVELOPMENT Co.,Ltd is seeking a proactive IT professional to support daily technology operations in our Phnom Penh office. This role covers systems monitoring, user support, troubleshooting, and coordination to keep business systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
● Monitor servers, network systems, backups, and daily IT operations.
● Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.
● Assist with system security, antivirus updates, and access control.
● Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve user issues efficiently.
● Prepare IT reports, documentation, and asset tracking records.
● Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical support.
● Support IT projects, system upgrades, and implementations.
● Follow IT policies and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
● Strong knowledge of networking, Windows systems, hardware, and troubleshooting.
● Experience with Microsoft 365, backup systems, and IT support tools.
● Basic understanding of IT security and system monitoring.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
