  • Operations Leadership: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the entire Beauty Center.

  • Team Management: Manage and schedule clinic staff, therapists, and customer service teams.

  • Quality & SOPs: Enforce clinic standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and hygiene standards.

  • Client Satisfaction: Resolve customer feedback and maintain premium service quality.

  • Inventory & Facility: Oversee stock levels of beauty supplies and ensure clinic facilities are well-maintained.

  • Reporting: Track operational KPIs and report monthly performance to management.

职位要求

  • Experience: 3+ years of operations experience strictly in a Clinic or Beauty Center.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Tech: Proficient in clinic management systems and MS Office.

  • Languages: Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English.

  • Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
