An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Conduct research to develop business strategies and initiate new product development initiatives.
  • Conduct studies and evaluations of existing products to improve them in line with customer needs and market trends.
  • Initiate the development of a 3-year rolling strategic plan for the bank.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the bank's annual report in accordance with National Bank regulations.
  • Conduct data collection to analyze emerging industry trends, economic conditions, and competitive threats to plan business strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the results of implementing the business strategy plan.
  • Study digital banking technology to develop a business strategy plan in line with the bank's goals.
  • Initiate strategic initiatives to improve bank operations and branch networks to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure the implementation of business strategies with high efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

职位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, or a related degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in business strategy development, product development, service development, or related role in the banking or financial services sector.
  • English can be used for reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, Email
  • Have creative skills to develop new businesses and products
  • Skilled in coordination, communication, and management.
